The chatbot never invents a slot. The deterministic availability generator computes the real gaps in your calendar — business hours, service duration, staff, time off — and the AI only converses, works out what your client wants, and picks between options that are already valid.

What everyone asks
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
No. Atlaz connects to your business number through Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API. Your clients keep messaging the same contact they always have.
Can the bot book two appointments in the same slot?
No, and not because it is careful — because of how it is built. The AI never picks a time on its own; it only chooses among gaps the availability engine has already computed as valid. If a slot was just taken, it stops existing for the bot.
Is it right for my kind of business?
Atlaz is built for appointment-based businesses: spas, salons, barbershops, clinics, gyms and studios. We do not do point of sale or retail inventory — that is not our ground.
Can I use the calendar without the chatbot?
Yes. Scheduling, clients and payments work on their own from the panel. The bot is a module you switch on whenever you want, and you can switch it off without losing anything.
What language does the bot speak?
Spanish. The admin panel is available in Spanish and English, and you can switch at any time.
Where does my client data live?
Each business gets its own isolated database schema: one business’s data never shares space with another’s. The separation lives in the structure itself, not in a query filter.
